this article treats of an approach to strategic thinking and creative mind setting in management. recognizing the difference of individual and group reality emphasizing the power to change the way of collaboration.

based on ethnographical research focusing on user needs the concept of bobi fresh was developed. the result is an innovative bottle holder for bicycles, which also offers the opportunity to open the bottle while cycling. 

design preneurship

in light of the client brief “to identify opportunities around urban mobility in barcelona”, the following service design concept seeks to uncover a new way of mobility in barcelona.

the new and rapidly emerging discipline of design management builds a bridge between corporate business and design thinking. it is not only connecting these two very different worlds, but making one profit from the other, and vice versa.

 

user centred design (ucd) research uncovers sources of profitable investments for any kind of business and creates a new positioning and strategic value of design. the integration of design thinking within an organization provides a high level of problem visibility and reveals if a business model is scalable, repeatable and profitable in the long run.

a growing number of companies discover the potential of corporate design and re-establish obsolete work processes in order to broaden their repertoire of strategies for addressing complex and open-ended challenges.
